BACK ORDER POLICY
 

How long will it take to ship out my back order?
Pre-order and Backorder items usually take 14-25 working days upon payment verification if the products are in stock from our suppliers, or else it might take longer, it differs from products to products, you may Whatsapp us at 019 233 6932 or email us [email protected] to get confirmation on the date.
Local courier shipment might delay due to  the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

 

What is a back order?
Back order means that the product is not
 currently in stock in our local warehouse, you must
 place your order as per normal if you'd like to
 secure your size before the item arrives with us.


 Will delay occurs and why? 
 Please note dates are not guaranteed and
 delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing
 & shipment held by customs.
 Your order will only be shipped upon arrival
 of the ordered Back-Order item/s
, usually it will take
 2 weeks working days, but there might be delay due to the 
pandemic and frequent sanitization work 
held at our facilities for safety purposes.
 

Can I amend my order?
 Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the
 items included in the order provided availability of
 the sizes only before you receive the confirmation
 email. After you have received a confirmation, it
 won't be possible to apply modifications. Anyway,
 modifications are not guaranteed and it won't be
 possible to change items included in the order.


 Can I combine in stock and back-order items?
 Please keep in mind that if you placed an order
 containing a back order item, the entire order will be
 on hold and dispatched at once. If you wish to
 receive in-stock items first, you can make separate

Note:
Cancellation for back-order items for not allowed.
 However, all items can be returned if they meet
 our Return Policy requirement.


 We cannot ensure every back-order item is available
 and able to arrive on time until further update by
 suppliers. There might have some back-order
 products discontinued by our suppliers from time to
 time. Hence, buyers might be notified about
 shortage of ordered items even though payment
 made and waiting time within 4 weeks.
 We will Whatsapp or send you an email to notify you
 if your items are discontinued, please make sure you
fill in a reachable contact number and email address.
